WTF? Is this thrush? (Oral, but does include pics.)

For full disclosure, I have been taking antibiotics (for a sinus infection), but have never had this problem before.
About four days into my AB course I developed a sore throat which got progressively worse. It now hurts to swallow and talk, and my tongue and the roof of my mouth are very sore. (I get a dry mouth due to one of the regular medications that I take and this makes it miles worse.)
My tongue also feels quite swollen (no worries about airway at present), as do the insides of my cheeks and lips, with dents in them where they fit around my teeth.
Is it thrush, or does it look like something else?
I've got Daktarin gel and have taken a fluconazole tablet due to thinking that if it is thrush, it's in my throat too so I need something that sorts it there too.
Thank you if you've read this far!

Yes that's oral thrush I've had that a number of times, you will need a prescription from your GP for the treatment

@BingandPando, as I've said, I've got Daktarin gel and have taken a fluconazole capsule.
Will that not sort it?
I really hope it will, as for something I would have considered minimal, it's bloody painful.

Yes that is Thrush
I was given Nystan drops which sorted it quickly

Thank you, @BingandPando and @uncomfortablydumb53.
My thoughts were that it's thrush, but I've never had it this badly in my mouth and throat, so I wanted to check that is what it is IYSWIM.
