DW and I bought a house and hired someone to update the heating, as well as plumb in the dishwasher and washing machine. The work took place w/b 26th September.
We moved in on 7th October. Unfortunately, the heating, washing machine and dishwasher all do not work.
Despite doing all the right things, the heating simply will not switch n.
RE dishwasher/washing machine, the drums do not fill with water. Instead it leaks from a pipe.
We contacted them regularly between 8th Oct-now with vague or no replies. We live in northern Scotland, we're freezing, and having to do laundry at MIL's.
What are our options here? Thanks!
