I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but any advice appreciated. I was due to fly to Paris with Air France but on day before departure came down with a bug (sore throat, cough, general aches and pains. Def not Covid, I tested). Thought I'd see how I felt the next day, but no, really wasn't well enough to travel. I'd already downloaded boarding pass so too late to cancel flight officially. Didn't go to airport. Attempted to cancel return flight but was told this would cost £94. Return flight only cost £101 in the first place. Also, when I read terms and conditions, they stated that if first leg of journey was not completed, return leg would be automatically cancelled. Went to claim on travel insurance (have doctor's cert). They need confirmation from Air France that I did't travel. AF "do not supply this kind of information" according to customer services. WTF? Who do I go to now?
