Has anyone else got on and super self conscious about it, I've never had children I was just born with it and hate it

Ah, no I don't. My brother did, he's about 40 now so no idea if he still has. I don't recollect it being an issue. Perhaps it's different for men? I'm not even sure what my three teens have!
