Is there anything that helps with the pregnancy rage? I'm a really calm person usually and very rarely get angry but the past month (I'm 6 months, 26 weeks) I'm constantly annoyed by everything and everyone - especially at work. I keep it as much as possible because pregnancy isn't an excuse for being horrid to everyone but sweet Jesus I am so RAGEY!
My last pregnancy I was teary and emotional. This one I'm so up right and internally shouty. Can anyone recommend anything? I exercise, I get time to myself, I dont want to feel this way!
