Contraceptive implant causing heart palpitations

I had the implant inserted 2 weeks ago, and ever since then I have been suffering from heart palpitations. Every single day. I’m pretty sure they’re happening all day, but I only seem to notice them off an evening when I’m not distracted.

I’m convinced it’s the implant.

Has anyone else has this issue?

Can't comment on the implant aspect but I developed heart palpitations last month for three days, now this month for 5 days and it seems to be when I'm ovulating. So big hormone link? Sorry I can't help more. But they are horrible!
