Does your 3-year-old like Disney films?

Just that. A lot of the kids I know seem to be really into Frozen and similar at this age, but my 3 and 2 month old isn’t at all. I tried her on Cars today and she got worried about them crashing so I switched it off after 5 mins.

It’s not a problem, and I know those films aren’t actually marketed for her age range, I’m just curious about how unusual she actually is. I know her cousin had a Frozen third birthday party so must have been into it before then.

She loves Paw Patrol, Daniel Tiger, Duggee etc.

When my 5 year old was 3 she wasn't bothered by Disney at all. She really only watched paw patrol. She didn't start watching Disney films until she was 4. My almost 3 year old loves Disney films but that's mainly because he's been forced to watch them by his older sister

DS is same ages as your daughter, he isn't bothered by films in general, they don't hold his attention. Although last week he sat through Dumbo, but only because he is obsessed with elephants.
Today I've put Sing on (not sure if it's Disney or not) and he's watched it on and off, as in he's stayed in the livingroom and played with toys and made comments about some of the characters and danced.

My almost three year old had to turn off Frozen because she was scared of the big ice monster. She has watched entire Disney movies in two pieces but not been remotely as entertained as she has by any TV show she likes. I think she’s just excited for the popcorn for “movie day”

with toddlers who are really into Disney franchises above their age group, I tend to look to their older siblings interests. Maybe they’re just globbing on because they’re surrounded by it or their sibling raised a passing interest.
