Feeling poorly, dont know what to do

I had pneumonia almost 3 weeks ago. Industrial strength antibiotics seem to do the trick but since Wednesday I feel awful.

Symptoms:
Oxygen sats 95%
Hacking cough with green phlegm
Chest pain through to my back behind right breast down to right hip (pain is shocking when coughing)
Feeling weak

Yet temp is 37.2 so not massive

Don't want to over or under react.

You need to go to your urgent care centre. It sounds like you need more antibiotics. Have you done a covid test?
