Would GP even see me for this?

Since Monday evening I've had a strange stomach ache above navel, majority of the time my arm is rested on the right side of stomach
.
Unfortunately on tuesday, I was sick about 5 times throughout the day and was curled up in a ball on my bed. Wednesday was better but I felt exhausted and achey.

Thursday I managed to attend a university lab I needed to attend to write a report - I had a headache throughout. Friday I also managed to attend another compulsory practical otherwise I'd of failed the module. Thursday my parents visited me at uni and took me grocery shopping but I felt funny and apparently I'd turned really pale and slightly wobbly whilst walking around even though I was holding onto the trolley.

After yesterday I feel exhausted, achey, and my stomach hurts the same intensity, despite paracetamol. I phoned work to ask them (cos I felt slightly better but wasn't sure if they'd let me work) and they suggested a gp appointment, but I'm not working today luckily.

Covid test was negative (triple vaxxed), never had covid as far as I know (was isolating most of covid as a family member was extremely clinically vulnerable).

My thoughts surely are that appendicitis doesn't cause a blocked nose? And I also have a normal temperature.

Not had much luck getting GP appointments in the past, but would they even see me for this? Thanks

Book an appointment (if you can get one, sure!) but, in your shoes, I'd monitor my symptoms over the weekend and see how it goes. Doesn't sound like appendicitis but more viral (but I'm no expert though!). If tummy pain gets severe call 111. Also make a note of food you've eaten.
