I've just watched the blackbelt barrister explain the existing plan if we have to have blackouts. His explanation in the first link.

Second link is to the document with your area and what times blackouts are proposed.

I'm with EDF so I'm posting a redacted bill to show where the letter code is.

Lets hope we don't have blackouts, but I think it is worth prepping.

Oh, I wonder what my letter code is.

I notice that the document was last updated in 2019, when this was probably more of a theoretical exercise.

I’d like to think plans were afoot but I suspect they’ll just not bother to do anything until we hit a crisis.

That is very useful, I am not going to check it out now because my personal view is blackouts remain unlikely, but it is helpful to know where to access the info if it does get to that.
