How much formal training do you get on rashes/skin conditions?
I'm a hospital doctor (not Dermatology) and I did a one week placement in dermatology in my 3rd year of med school. Have obviously picked up bits and pieces in the 20 odd years since qualifying.
People post pictures of all sorts of weird and wonderful rashes on here - with advice often being 'nip into your pharmacy'.
Sometimes I think- I am so bloody glad that I'm not that pharmacist as I wouldn't have a clue what that is!
So honestly am interested to know what sorr training you get.
