Can anyone recommend a good quiz/game/info to establish management style?

I'm putting together something at work and just for fun and general interest as part of a course, I want to do something which staff can do such as a quiz/game which establishes their management/leadership style.

Can anyone suggest anything please or point me in the right direction 🙂
