last november i was put into the limited capability for work group on univevrsal credit when i recieved the letter to say i was put in this group there was no date on letter to say when it would end or when i would be up for re assessment or review
i have since learned that people are put into this group for a year and contacted universal credit theyve told me that my time in the limited capability for work group will end on 17th november but theyre not doing re assessments just now im concerned that my time will end before i get reassessed and ill be put back on regular uc even though i still have the same health issues that i had when i was first put into this group can they remove me without reasessing me i dont know where i stand i also didnt recieve a letter to to tell me my time was nearly up in this group i was told i should have had one a couple of months ago but recieved nothing
