9 week old virus/cold

So my two year old came down with an absolutely brutal virus a week ago, she has been very poorly with a hideous cough but is starting to get better now. Unfortunately my 9 week old has also come down with it. I have been to the GP twice this week already with the baby because she just seems so so poorly. We all have it and I know how bad I feel so I can't even imagine how much of a toll it's taking on her. They've said she is breathing rapidly and her chest is sucking in, she has been given antibiotics just incase it's not viral and is bacterial as a preventive measure. My question is when do you override the gp and decide to take them to hospital instead. Her breathing seems so laboured and I am up all night every night with her. The doctor said he wasn't worried yesterday but I do feel worried and I dont want to miss something vital. I feel sick with anxiety about her everyday. I understand it's going to happen with a toddler in the house and two adults but it all feels a bit unbearable at the minute and I'm questioning my ability to judge anything correctly as I'm exhausted. Her breathing is laboured but not massively noisy or anything..she obviously has a ton of mucus on her chest and in her nose and throat which sometimes I feel like she just can't breathe through.
