I placed an online order on Monday to a petshop. I presumed I would have got a dispatch email at some stage but there's nothing in me email. I checked back online to the shop that I ordered from and I went to look at their policies and terms and conditions and that part of the website was all blank. There was no terms and conditions or policies and no indication about shipping. I sent an email yesterday but it went ignored. My email did not have a bad tone. Do you how when some people complain they think it gives them a right to be abusive. I wasn't like that. I gave them my order number and I was requiring about dispatch. I checked my email today and also in the spam box but there was nothing there. Also there is no delivery. At lunchtime I sent another email requiring about my order and the dispatch but its ignored once more.
At this stage, should I wait for them to contact them or should I be asking for a refund by the end of the day.
The fact is they have no information on their website and my emails have been ignored since yesterday. It's so rude. They could have at least responded or given me some indication of dispatch and shipping.
