Posting for traffic..
First time I've ordered from Asda online as I normally go to the shop myself and I clicked no for substitutes. Order is due to be delivered today and I've just had an email to say that 3 items were unavailable which is fine. It saids I will not be charged for these, but I've just checked my online banking and the full amount is pending. It's about £7 difference so luckily not a huge amount but I don't want to just let it go. I'm not sure what to do as the emails are a bit confusing. I thought they might automatically refund me the difference in a couple of days, does that sound about right? Or do I need to email them and check? Does anyone on here order from Asda that could advise? Many thanks
