Buyer not collecting on vinted...isn't this rude?

So a buyer bought a bundle from me and I posted the same day.
Sent her a message saying it's been posted,seen and no response.
Parcel arrived at her local collect plus shop last Thursday and she still hasn't collected it.
I sent her a friendly message on Tuesday letting her know it was there to be collected.
Read and no response
And she hasn't collected it
She's active on the app all day,shes been uploading new items and replying to feedback from buyers yet she can't 1.respond to me or 2 collect her parcel

Why bother ordering ?
It's really chewing me up

i have not used vinted but I assume she paid the postage so if it gets returned to you, just don’t refund postage costs. It’s annoying I know but at least you’ll have the goods back and don’t sell to her again. Worst one is when they say they have not received it and you lose out on the goods and the money.

It sometimes takes me a few days to collect because I’ve got to go to the next town and I’ll only go if I’m doing a supermarket shop etc. Vinted send almost daily reminders, which I find quite annoying, and will tell you when it’s about to be sent back because you’ve left it too long, so I’m sure she will collect it soon.

Can sometimes take me a week until I pick up a package. Life gets in the way and it’s not top of my list.
Also messages from Vinted are a bit confusing I’m never sure whether it’s an actual person messaging me or just a computer generated message
