Morrisons online delivery issues

Anyone else been having issues this week?

Elderly dm is a regular customer and is unable to get her order done this week. It keeps not going through (problem started this weekend - still not resolved.) She rang Morrison's who said it's sone issue with customers and their banks?

Has anyone had this this week? I'm seeing her tomorrow but don't know what's going on.

Mine has been fine, but my parents had a similar issue with them a few months ago, only resolved by getting a new card to use on their account. Neither Morrisons nor the bank could do anything about it, apart from this, apparently, much as they tried. I think it was identified as an issue with the card authentication service, hence outside both of their control.

Ah! Thanks for the reply! That does sound similar to what has been happening to my mum. Hopefully I can help her out tomorrow.

We had issues last weekend , needed to update the payment card and it kept rejecting it. They eventually sent an apology and £5 voucher. Meanwhile we had to shop elsewhere.

Yes- morrisons couldn't sort it - she needs to ring her bank, they've updated their credit authentication method and if its like mine they didn't email me for weeks to tell me. Sorted it out on the phone and the nice woman waited while I put my shopping through and confirmed it had worked.

But this week I keep getting my delivery not turn up and that IS Morrisons' fault 😡

I have had this for ages - I found that refreshing the page actually helped, then re-entered the card details.
