Ugh. I hate that I'm even typing this out.
I've experienced a real.loss of confidence over the past couple of months. I suspect it's my age - I'm 48.
I've been in a relationship for the past year and I felt really confident about it until about 3 months ago and now I'm plagued with doubt.
I knew his ex partner and I've met his ex wife a few times.
They are women with classically attractive physiques - slim, good legs and big boobs. We've also bumped into women he's Dard along the way and they're all very similar.
I'm the opposite. I'm more pear shaped and, tbh, I just don't see how he can be attracted to me if I look so different to what is obviously his type.
I've started to doubt that he can be attracted to me and its making me feel self conscious and inhibited.
His wife is 10 years older than me and still has a great figure. I can't help but wonder if he looks at me and, whilst I know he'd never say anything, wishes I were more to his taste physically.
Its really getting me down 😕
