I've lived in rented property for several years. The first year was a FTC and then after that, we just stayed on. We haven't had an updated contract, although we've had rent rises over the years. Does this mean that it notice period is now one month?
Also, if I give notice on say, 20th October and rent is due on 21st, my last payment would be 21st October and cover me until a moving date of 20th November?
