Car recommendations please

need to have three full backseats, the middle that can either fit a person or a car seat .

ideally a midrange SUV, maybe an estate (although that’s less preferable)

would love a Volvo/ bmw/ merc/Audi but sadly think they are too much.

would be leasing/pch

anyone got a Hyundai Tucson? That got 3 full backseats?

Arteon shooting brake. I got the plug in hybrid version. Loads of room inside and massive boot, I can fit 2 cases strapped in And the dog.

i was hoping just to get a 5 seater but you know with 5 full seats, 7s seemed a jump in price

We've got 3 kids in car seats in the back and it's fine. Great boot space if you don't get the 4x4 and great MPG

Skoda Karoq (if you can see past the daft name). Love ours.

Arteon is a Volkswagen. It's basically a big, swoopy Passat. It's nice but a bit dark in the back because of the sweeping roofline. A Passat might be a good alternative.

If you're in the UK you won't be able to buy a Hyundai Palisade, they don't sell them here. The biggest Hyundai you can buy here is the Santa Fe.

I think the VW Touran has three proper seats in the back. As does the Audi Q7, Citroen Spacetourer (or whatever they're called now) and Peugeot 5008.

Another vote for the Karoq. Plenty of room in the back and the boot is massive. Rear seats fold down like a van if you need to transport stuff. Loved mine.

7 seater. The third row is surprisingly roomy. We bought (2023). Price was much more than we had hoped to spend but I am happy with it. Its a really solid mid size SUV and I would think it would be great in the snow which is important where I live. Its sharp looking too which doesn't normally concern me too much. However, this is my first vehicle out of a old Chevy Suburban so I think anything would be more attractive than that! LOL
