Recommend a hotel/resort please - Europe, AI, great pools and beach

Am struggling to find what I want so hoping to get a good recommendation here.

Am looking for a hotel/resort that has the following:
In Europe
All inclusive
Great pools/waterpark (suit kids 8 and 11)
Walkable to a good beach (sandy and safe for swimming, water activities great but optional)
Apartment style (so separate bedrooms and living space)
Walkable to a nice town/village

Basically the facilities of a great campsite but apartment/hotel accommodation with all inclusive food. Hoping it exists!
