We have just had our Kia E Niro serviced and has around 39000 miles on it. The company who serviced it said that we would need to get it serviced again at 40000 miles, otherwise the guarantee would not be valid. I always thought services needed to be done on an annual basis and am reluctant to get it serviced again so soon if there is no need. Does anyone know if the guarantee is only valid if you have the car serviced every 10000 miles?
