I'm trying to return something expensive to Germany using ups but the receiver has refused it and it has been returned to me.
I am at a loss how to solve this as I don't understand the process.
The receiver told me the customs forms were filled in wrong but ups have told me that the receiver refused to give them a power of attorney which is a declaration form proving they are the receiver.
Does anyone know how to solve this as I am really hoping I can get a return sorted and get a refund?
