Tips for heavy night wetting

Has anyone got any tips for heavy wetting at night? DD3 (4 in a couple of months) is still in nappies for bed time but we're getting increasingly frequent (several times a week now) where she pees so much she wakes up and the bed is soaked and needs changing. She drinks well during the day (I don't think I'd call it excessive amounts 🤷) goes to to the toilet fine in the day and always right before bed, we're now restricting fluids after 5pm to half a cup of water to wash down tea/dinner and if she's really thirsty at bedtime I'll give her a couple of sips as it seems cruel to tell someone who's thirsty they can't drink! She used to take water to bed with her but we've taken that away, and stopped milk before bedtime. She only drinks water/milk as isn't fussed by squash/juice/fizzy drinks. She was in Sainsbury's size 6 nappies but thought they may be too tight so she's now in Huggies bedtime nappies for age 3-5 which definitely fit her fine. I don't know what else I can do, we tried waking her for a wee when we go to bed but she didn't seem to produce much at that point so didn't really help.
