Stinging nettles- any tips?

I had a very challenging evening and got absolutely covered in stinging nettles. Hands, arms, face bum cheeks legs everywhere. I’ve taken anti histamines, washed with cold water and put calamine lotion but it’s still horrendously stingy and painful.

any top tips? I’m desperately hoping someone has a magic cure!

Antisan cream but it's probably too late to get any.

Not sure if it's true or not but I was told baking powder in a bath when my dogs walked through a field
Of them
To help their pads ? I've only ever used antihistamine on me but worth a try x

Hmmm it’s gross, but when I was a child I was told to spit on a doc leaf and rub it into the nettle sting.

No idea how it works but it always seemed to help 🤷🏼‍♀️

@TheTempest I hope you feel better soon , I often get caught when I'm
Short sleeved on dog walks but not to the amount you have
Hope the baking powder helps , I hate nettles
