Hi I’m in a major panic. My beautiful daughter isn’t yet walking. Furniture surfing and walks with holding my hand but won’t do it alone. She was always a bum shuffler hated being on her tummy when she was little. People keep saying don’t worry I til 18 months but that’s rapidly approaching and I’m worried!

also since weaning she is suffering terribly with hard poop and constipation. She eats loads of fruit and veg and is on cows milk I saw a doctor 3 days ago who prescribed enemas of which I’ve given 2 and a hard stool came out…. Massive and started movicol today. It’s so hard to see her suffer. I’m terrified about what the cause is and what else can I do to help her . She is in such discomfort trying to pop. When does movicol kick in 😳😳 someone please give me some advise I’m freeking out a lot here

My dc were the same, don't panic yet. Get her to drink as much as possible, gentle tummy rubs and buy califig from chemist or supermarket. Also, ask the pharmacist for movicol to get her bowels moving & lots of fluid.

Sorry just saw you've started on the movicol. Just get her drinking lots of fluid to make the stool softer.

Please don’t worry about the walking.

My dd never cruised or wobbled about. She literally stood up on the day she turned 18 months and walked across the room. Never stopped after that.

She never crawled either. She bum shuffled instead

I’m in an awful panic about it all. Everyone seems to ask why isn’t she waking and I feel so bad …. Is it something I haven’t done for her or should I be doing something to make her walk? I have no clueAnd watching her strain trying to poop is killing me. I want her to be pain free but I don’t know what else to do
