Mine would be an undo button, a kind of control Z.

I'd be able to use it either immediately after I've done something which I now regret or to go back into the past and change one small thing which would then have a huge knock on effect.

Money maker for sure. I don’t know if I’d fancy all my period blood coming out at once, that would be awful! Although I remember seeing this video about a woman who painted with her period blood, and I was shocked how little she managed to collect, so maybe it’s less than you think.

Pain off button, I have two chronic pain conditions which combined are just delightful, it would be amazing to be able to turn off any pain without having to take ungodly amounts of tablets.

I also heard someone say once that they wished they could put their whole house in the dishwasher. I feel like that sometimes.

A bit morbid, but I'd instantly (and painlessly) eliminate humans from the earth. This would then let nature, and the animal kingdom, heal from us trashing it.

I'd invent a back button. I'd use it to have another go at life and I'd try not to balls it up this time.
