Agree with you on Susan and Mike but I liked Judy, I think she meant well with Monica.

I didn't like Emily but I don't think she was unreasonable to not really like Ross and Rachael's friendship I mean they had a history, he said her name at the wedding, he was about to get on their honeymoon plane with her etc so I sort of understand where she's coming from there.

I feel like this may be a bit controversial but, Gunther - straight up creepy.

A tie between Carol and Susan. The way they treated Ross was appalling, especially when they tried to give Ben Susan's name and leave Ross out.
