Feeling sick before night out

I never used to be like this!
Me and Dh are off to a charity ball event thing tonight with some friends. Transport etc all organised, parents babysitting.

i feel sick! I now seem to get slightly anxious before nights out. Been to the toilet about 3 times in the last hour.

anyone else?

(just as a side note, it’s a butterfly’s sick feeling, I am 100-% fine)

Occasionally get a bit of 'nerves' on a big night. I might have drink to settle them.
