Random question - will a UK duvet cover for a NZ duvet? Google has given me mattress size but not duvet and they are slightly different!

There's a size chart here www.sheetsontheline.com.au/pages/international-bed-size-chart the names are different UK King is roughly the same as AU/NZ Queen size for mattress/duvet/bedding sizes. We moved home from Aus with all our furniture and sheets have been a nuisance as UK King size mattresses are about 2cm shorter than AU Queen size so all the sheets are too small 😭
