British Gas quarterly bill

My last bill was due 25th September but I haven't had it.
I pay quarterly when the bill comes. Anybody else had similar.
I don't want to get complacent thinking i'm in credit and then get a huge bill! I am of course putting money away monthly but i'd be a lot happier if they'd bill me when they're supposed to.

Late response but I’m here with a similar issue, did you get your bill in the end?? I’d been on quarterly bills forever but switched to monthly DD payments earlier this year when the prices skyrocketed, I’d been paying their recommended amount of £260 per month and then in October they sent a letter saying that my direct debit was cancelled. When I logged into my account I was shocked and speechless to see that I was over £1,000 in credit? Like wtf, how?!? When I’ve scrolled through my account history, I can see they haven’t deducted any usage charges from me since November last year? I don’t understand what’s going on, when they will bill me or if it’s going to be for the whole year or 6 months or a quarter? I darent touch the money just in case but it infuriates me all my money sat there when I had to scrape by when they told me to pay 3 times my quarterly payment every month! B*stards!

My last bill was due in November but they have been moving 'our accounts so trying to see a bill sent me to a download and trying to pay sent me in a loop of download/pay/downlòad. Webchat got me nowhere and the phone just rang. The we chat said the next bill was Feb but my previous payment was August so November was correct imo
