They’re playing Scotland the brave. And I love it

I live in a small town in Scotland, right on the main st. There’s a farmer’s market today and the local pipe bad have been playing for the last hour. They’re really good, I’m sitting at my living room window with a coffee and thoroughly enjoying it.

Oh lucky you! I went to Edinburgh Tattoo and they played it there.beautiful and love hearing bagpipes-just on way back down south to Devon from the Highlands

Have you cried yet? 😅
I cry at a pipe band. Almost every time. At least a lump in my throat and heart swells. When we see a pipe band my family turn to see if MaMiller is looking wobbly yet. 😆

Love a well played bagpipe

You can all come and live in my house when they’re practicing then and I can go to the pub. My youngest boy is now old enough to join too but thinks he wants to drum so I’ll have two of them at it in the same feckin bedroom

I bloody hate bagpipes, and yes I’m Scottish. There’s a busker that plays them up the road from my work in the summer and it drives me nuts - especially when he starts playing the Star Wars theme.

Ask them to play The Black Bear that’s a cracker

Haha. Yes, I can see your point. I love violins when they are played beautifully. Can bring tears to me eyes. My 11 year old practising? Not so much.
