Paint for plastic? Acrylic?

I have a plastic pumpkin decoration i want to change color of. I have acrylic paints? If its Purley foe decor and not being ' used' will this work.
It cant be sprayed as need 2 colors

Yes, but you need to lightly abrade the plastic so the acrylic sticks. I found this out today by using Google.

enamel modeling paint is designed for plastic.

What do you mean it can't be sprayed?

Do you mean you for example want the pumpkin skin orange and the face black?

If so, you spray it black first, then use frog tape over the areas you want black. Then spray the orange. Remove the frog tape before the paint dries

Or you could do it the over way round but it would mean taping off more area.
