80lb since new year. From 15st 3 to 9st6. It's been straightforward since the first few weeks.

over 3 stone using MFP.

cant remember how long it took to get to target tbh but it’s helped me maintain it for the last 3 years.

10lb since April because I am sick to death of weighing and tracking everything I eat and I’m always hungry so struggle to stick to it! I don’t have a huge amount to loose, I was just above the healthy bmi range and now I’m just below it but wear size 8-12 clothes, I’d just like all the 8-10s in my wardrobe to fit comfortably again!

I lost just over 4 stone in 8 months. The last stone took the longest. I still calorie count to some extent but focus on macros. I still weigh myself regularly and track what I eat, but have maintained a healthy bmi for nearly 3 years.
