Cancelling Virgin Wine sub - is it straightforward?

Just that really. I have an offer after buying something to buy a box of 13 wines and two glasses for just under £60 (usually £165, and even at our normal budget would still save us £40) which I thought would be perfect for Christmas. Only I don't want to go ahead and then it be a pain to cancel the subscription and end up spending more money than we'd have saved. I have friends who get a monthly box but they are happy with it so not had to cancel, so I know the wine is good.

They're dead flexible. I've suspended, cancelled, reopened, moved my dates around, refunded, all sorts. Customer service is great and cancellation takes about 5 minutes if you need to. It's genuinely a really good service, not one of those rip off merchants who have you subscribe and then make it next to impossible to ever cancel!

Well, a week after placing my order it is still 'processing' and I have had zero response from my two emails and Twitter message. Not impressed and thinking of cancelling before I've even received my first box.

I think they watch the Mumsnet boards as only after posting my last message did my account change and now shows my order was dispatched on 17th! Still not here, but also not with them.
Still no contact from them
