Assistance please ahead of job interview…

I’ve got a job interview in a few weeks time which I applied for through the school’s own website. The job vacancy has now been taken down as it’s now closed therefore I can’t see the job description any longer - do you think it would be embarrassing for me to email the school & ask for a copy of the job description to be emailed to me ahead of my interview?

Obviously having this would help me prepare more.

google the job and it might still be somewhere on the web

I don't think it is embarrassing to ask for something like that. It would be embarrassing to turn up to a job interview totally unprepared!

There is a way to see removed Internet pages but I can't remember what is it.

On one hand asking for the jc shows proactiveness but it also shows disorganisation, that you didn't take it at the time.

I'd go with looking for it online first, maybe Google it.
