What can I do with plain quark?

I'm useless at cooking but heard great things about quark so I bought some.... how can I use it? I'd fancy using it to make a creamy sauce if possible

I thought it was a German thing, I've never seen it in the UK.

Lidl sell it and Asda. Usually near cottage cheese.
lindhals do kvarg flavoured quark sold in all major supermarkets it’s in with protein yoghurts.
