We buy any phone
I’d like to share my experience and tell anyone who’s thinking of using them not to. When I sold my last phone after upgrading, I used a company called Plunc after getting a recommendation on Mumsnet. They were brilliant, and gave me £280 which went into my account straight away. Sadly they only do corporate now so I googled and went to We buy any phone with my iPhone 11 which was in perfect condition.
They offered me £230 and I sent it off.
This morning I had a text to say there was a problem and having assessed my phone they could only offer £180. If you don’t get back to them straight away, that’s what they pay 😡
During live chat I told them I wanted it back as I’d taken photos and I knew it was immaculate. They’ve agreed to send it back, and I hope there’s no problem with that 🙁I’m a pensioner and really need the money.
