Baby Fever & cold room

Hi all

Just managed to get DS down after he woke up
With a temp of 38.2
He's had calpol and went back to sleep. I took his sleeping bag off & he's currently asleep in his cot in just his pjs no vest. However the room feels quite cold 20- 21 °C

He's still a little warm. But should I cover him?
It feels a little cruel to not cover him... but then I know you're supposed to keep them cool.

What should I do? 🙈

I'm sorry I'm terrible when he's sick & has fever. I always panic

What age is he? I would put a blanket over him.

He's just turned 1. I have a thin blanket will try that as it's quite chilly here. I'm sleeping under a duvet so it feels mean to have him just in his pjs

I would personally keep him cool. My oldest is 4 and had a temperature of 39.8 and ended up poorly due to the high temp and the first thing the hospital did was strip him off and open all the windows in the room. I had my coat on! X
