On people that broadcast things on their social media?
A girl I went to school with recently got married and everyone that was at the wedding was constantly putting up stories on their Instagram (including the bride!)
I just found it a bit OTT and in your face

Maybe social media has just really changed and people want everyone to know their business or almost be 'jealous' that they are doing something and you're not

What do you think?

It has changed but tbh I find people posting less, not more, particularly on Facebook.

Way back in 2007 or whenever it was, I decided not to join FB after seeing friends’ accounts filled with boasts, silly games and banal drivel (‘so-and-so likes chocolate!’). It was mainly the boasting that put me off as I really wasn’t in a great place at the time. I can verify this is not a new feature of social media.

They can do as they please, I stay off Facebook and similar platforms because I'm not interested.

I don't care what people do.
