Pressure King Pro help please

I need help using my PKP please - I make chilli but nothing else in it.Any suggestions for good failsafe recipes which are cheap and cheerful? The Drew and Cole recipes need masses of ingredients most of which I'm unlikely to use again)
Also, is it any good for slow cooking a gammon joint?
And how do I cook jacket spuds in it?

I do this in mine a lot, it’s great. I’ve done gammon using the slow cooker function, but not the pressure cooker one.
going back a few years I used to make apple and cinnamon porridge for work and just reheat it in the morning.
