Bought a set from luxuryrattan.com for £1439 a couple of months ago, arrived but with significant structural damage, spoke to company on live chat who said that as soon as the item was back in stock we'd receive a replacement
Since they've gone into liquidation, contacted Novuna finance who are submitting a claim on our behalf, I'm just panicking as if I'm asked for proof that they offered a replacement I don't really have it as it was all on live chat and I didn't receive a follow up email with what the chat said. Feeling like an idiot.
I have photos of the damage, proof that I sent them this on Instagram, I messaged them on Instagram and then found their live chat and got it sorted through there, they replied the next day through their Instagram to which I replied saying your live chat have arranged a replacement but that's all I have in terms of proof. No emails, nothing in writing from them. This claim won't go anywhere will it? I want to cry
