Vinted buyer said "your item smells like cat" I don't have a cat ?

I sold a item on vinted a top for £3 (brand new with tags £25)
She asked could I post it next day delivery and paid £7 delivery
I went out of my way to post it before work
She messages
"Hiya i have received it but no offence it smells like cats "
Do you have cats?

I have no pets ,my clothes are all kept In my wardrobe.
Im clean and hygienic and it's never been worn
Then she messages "don't want to be rude but it's all I can smell"

I posted it in a brand new mailing bag too
What do I even reply ?

Ask what she wants you to do about it. Can't she just wash it?  I'd always wash something I'd bought second hand anyway.

Sounds dodgy.

If she's already received the item and paid the money you wanted for it, just ignore her. You never need to have any contact with her again, what's she going to do? Shrug it off.

Offer her a refund if she wants to post it back at her cost. She sounds like she's trying her luck for a discount.....

Tell her you are a cat.
