British Gas account

Is anyone else having trouble logging into their British Gas account? Don't know if it's a tech issues at my end or there's.

No mine is ok to log into but they have done my gas bill but not electric, cannot get to talk to anyone on the app either.

We've been trying to close our account for six weeks and have failed to get through by either phone or the live chat . It's absolutely impossible.

If I Google British Gas it just hangs and won’t open, but
if Google British Gas Login instead then the site opens OK.
Just tested it now.

My Smart meter is only showing the gas and not the electric. I managed to have an online chat and they will hopefully fix it in the next 2 weeks.
I also got £66 credit to my British Gas account but then they transferred it out to my bank account so I transferred it back again.

Forgot to say, my App is working ok.
