Easy ish piano book for an adult (me!)

Can anyone recommend a good piano book for an adult, not beginner but rusty. I got my grade 5 many years ago and I would love to start playing from music again, the beginner books I've been looking at seem a little too basic, but I don't want anything too difficult either!

How about trying some of the 2nd hand ABRSM past exam piece books - you can get them with CDs so you can tell which ones you like. I found plenty on Amazon.

I used several when going back to the piano after more years than I care to mention, and from a lower base than you - had only ever passed G2.

Another I liked was 100 Easy Classics (also 2nd hand) they vary quite a lot in difficulty. And More Romantic Pieces for Piano (ABRSM) various levels.

I initially I had used the Carol Barratt Classical course for adults though.

Look at Adult Piano Adventures - they gave both popular and classic

I really just picked pieces of music that I liked and if they were too hard, I'd find an easier arrangement!

I've had a look and they seem a bit too basic for me, will keep searching. I think I need just a bit above beginner.

I have recently reconnected with the piano and am enjoying “It’s Easy to Play Classical Greats”. There’s also a Jazz one in the same series.
