Cant download digital code to send a Vinted parcel

I've been selling a fair bit on Vinted recently . I don't have a printer and always take to the local shop to print of the address label from a code sent to me (yodel)
This morning I downloaded the shipping label but instead of the code got the persons address and a longer code which the shop were unable to scan . I still have the parcel . I have contacted Vinted for help but wondered if there is anything I could do to get the digital code so the shop can scan .

If its yodel direct, they can still scan the larger barcode. I had this yesterday and was unsure but it scanned fine.

Thanks for replying . The shop tried to scan but couldn't . Maybe it's my phone . I'm going to print it out and attach with sellotape and try a different shop . I'll need them to scan so I can get a receipt . All for £3 😂
