I've moved house and realised the fire has broken. It's one of those marble look fireplaces that seems to be attached into the wall.
I've checked the fuse without success. Otherwise I have no way to access the back of the fire/there's no make or model showing. I contacted an electrician who said this wasn't something they cover.
I dont know who to contact to get it fixed, leaving me with a pretty but useless fireplace.
Can anyone suggest who could fix this? Has this happened to anyone else and how did you deal with it.
