i was hoping for some advice please. I would like to try a private talking therapy/counselling.
I don’t have diagnosed MH problems but I do have some anxiety and some issues around a difficult relationship with my parents that I have no one to talk to about or who can help me understand my own feelings.
if you have any experience of this could you let me know how I can look into finding a therapist? I have googled but find it over whelming as lots of options pop up.
