best sleep headphone masks for side sleepers ?

Hi

I have been using apps to get to sleep, thanks everyone for their recommendations on other posts. I did this while my partners was away.

He is back, so need headphone ones so as not to disturb.

I side sleep. Quite like idea of a combined mask. Prefer wireless if possible, price permitting.

Can't get on with ear buds, so needs to be headband ones.

Budget, would go up to around £50 if they were worth the cost. I can see cheap ones and some up to £100. Not sure if worth spending that, but would around £50 if it is.

Thanks everyone !

These are my favourites, I use them without the headbands, just rest the flat speaker on my pillow and put my head on top.

The wired version is within your budget, I started with them but have since upgraded to the wireless and to the 'effortless' charging kind.

I've used these for years, decades, have replaced the speakers maybe once a decade. Replacement speakers are usually available as spares.

I'm a side sleeper and use musicosy headphones - they're wireless and on a headband. I tend to push them slightly sideways so the one on my bottom war isn't pressing directly on my ear, but the work great and I've had them over a year. They're well within your budget.

I have these from Musicozy. They seem pretty good.
